On May 5, Morning Edition on National Public Radio (NPR) aired an interview I did with NPR’s Brian Naylor where we discussed telework in the federal government. Brian also spoke with others, including Social Security Administration workers who said the agency is getting more productivity and reducing backlogs through its Coronavirus-driven telework expansion.
